Purchasing - easily, comfortably and quickly

You can buy our products comfortably out of your own home and around the clock through the internet. Browse our shopping basket categories and then click on the product you are interested in for more information. You can also use the button "Search" to find the required product directly. To return to the previous page, use the "Back" button on your screen.

Your shopping basket

On the product detail page you can find the input box for quantity and a button "In my shopping basket". Enter your desired quantity and then click on "In my shopping basket" to save your choice on your virtual "Shopping List".

Then you can continue shopping and place other articles in your shopping basket or you can process your order.

Some of our products have different versions: The required version must be chosen, for example a certain size or colour, before you place the product in the shopping basket.

Your comfort is important to us

With the function "Price in other currencies" our international visitors can check how much a product costs in their own currency, although this is only a general guideline: The exact calculation then follows using the exchange rate of the day and can differ from the suggested price.



With the link "Shortlist" you can create a non-binding list of products which can be looked at when you next visit us. Cookies must be activated for this to function. To enter this list at a later date, click "My Shortlist"

Using the link "Recommend this product" enables you to send friends an Email if you find a product which may be of interest to them. Our shop then opens your Email software and creates a message with a link which the recipient can then click to directly access your suggestion.

Processing your order

Click on the button "Shopping Basket" when you wish to see your latest order. There is an overview of the articles you have entered in the shopping basket. If you wish to change quantities, click on the box "Quantity", enter the new amount and then click the button "Update Quantity". If you want to completey delete an article, click on the delete symbol next to the product. To obtain details of the product in your shopping basket, click on the product name. When your order is complete, use the button "Proceed".

Shipping and payment

On the next page, you are taken through the shipping information. Click on "Proceed" for payment information. When you have read the information, click "Proceed" again.

Is everything OK?

Your order is then shown in the order summary. Please check the information again, making sure all products and quantities are correct. You can also re-check our terms and conditions from this page because you need to agree to these at the end of your order process. To agree to our terms and conditions, just place a tick in the box. By clicking "Proceed" you close your order.

Your personal details

A window now opens for you to input your personal details. This window is then securely transferred which can be seen by the small "Lock" symbol on the bottom of the page. Please fill out your details, boxes with an asterisk must be filled out. It is also possible to enter a different delivery address. If you require your details to be saved for further visits, activate the function "Save address information". Again, you need cookies for this function. When all details are correct, send off your order by clicking "OK". You will receive a confirmation Email from us as soon as possible.

Your Email address

Please take special care when entering your Email address as we need this to contact you. More importantly: Your Email address is your customer number for Kieferle, enabling us to identify you.

Cookies and Pop-Ups

Some functions in our shop use cookies, in order to save information on your computer. To use these functions, you need to activate cookies.

Our shop opens an encrypted window during your order. If you have pop-up blocking software on your computer it needs to be deactivated or it is not possible to close your order.
