We have developed and manufactured a completely new trapping basket. This trapping device sets new standards. The basket is completely dismountable and can therefore be comfortably transported and stored.
The device is ready after only a few steps and screws. The basket is revolutionary because is works without any kind of spring power whatsoever.
A spring can not snap or slacken. The mechanism functions only using weight and gravity. The release jaws, when open, measure 130 x 80 cm. The basket for the luring bird is 40 x 40 x 30 cm. As conventional constructions, a trapdoor opens when the jaws close, so the lure bird can escape when a bird of prey is caught.
The bars are covered with a sturdy nylon net. This basket is also suitable for catching stray homing pigeons. |
