The high voltage of these devices cause a shock and unbearable pain at even the smallest contact. This penetrates the thickest clothing, even leather. Contact for ca. 1-2 seconds causes mental confusion and balance disorders, the attacker falls to the ground. It is not possible for the user to suffer from a reverse discharge, even if the attacker is holding the user. |
